Just one more thing if you dont mind :)

After adjusting settings i will tests with linx and memtest like u said in a post earlier, i would just like to no how many passes with memtest should i do and for how long shall i run linx for and how much of my ram shall i test (Linx) also is there any other test i should run if yes for how long?

And what would my ideal temperature at full load?

This is my 1st adventure at OC i would just like to get it right and know what am looking for and doing :)

    Thanks again m8 much appreciated

your ram timings should be printed on the side of the modules,2 or 3 runs should be enough with memtest maybe a couple of hours for linx?? test all available ram? what are your temps like now? under load and idle?

you can download prime95 and do a blend test which will test everything cpu/ram,or large place fft's which will produce maximum stress and heat for cpu,or small place fft's which wont heat up cpu so much, choose the 32 or 64 bit according to os type

Ok lads tried settings that LSD give me and temperatures were way to hot when testing with Linx 90c 100% also they are 40c idle so am gonna check makes sure coolers fitted properly if all is well there what do u guys recommend?

Maybe am aiming a bit high at 3.8ghz for my 1st attempt or maybe my case isnt big enough and dosnt have enough airflow?

    What do yous think?

70C max anything over that is iffy. Ideally mid 60C's is good and safe.
