Wow...That was long, but I wrote everything down. Time to make a long BIOS post!

Before I do, my goals for my memory is 12GB running at 1800 mhz with low latencies, and my CPU running at 4.2 ghz on air, with the lapped NH-D14 with 3 fans, a very well aired system, and the indigo extreme. I believe I can hit it on air.

you should only need to change a few things to hit 4.2ghz

    set bclk to 24x175
disable xmp and set ram manually to 10x multi=1750 ram speed set timings to 9-9-9-27 dram voltage to 1.66
set uncore freq to 11 i think (not sure on that chip) but i think its just 1x+1 if unstable set back to auto for now
    try cpu voltage @ 1.25000v
    try qpi/vtt voltage @1.35000v
everything else can be left on auto

p.s you might have better results with a lower cpu multi and higher bclk like 21x200,remember to adjust your ram multiplier too as it will change according to what bclk you set

    Oops, Ok.

Also the CPU Thermal Monitor...That's what shut my PC down when my CPU hit 101 degrees right?

    101 degrees? or 100c
101 degrees is only about 39c and it should run fine at that temp even 120 or 130 degrees is ok under load
did it shut down or crash and reboot
QPI/VTT voltage is a seem little low if your tring to run 12 gb ram at 1800
    QPI/VTT Voltage.......................1.200V change to 1.35v
i think your shut down was from ram related
the ram you have is not matching set of 12 so
i think you might have better luck turnning XMP off and rasing your BCLK Frequency (MHz) .....................[170] this will over clock CPU as well
if you leave System Memory Multiplier (SPD) ........ [AUTO]

or just turn XMP off and change System Memory Multiplier (SPD) ........ [14] for 1800 i would try 12 first for 1600 and see how it runs

    Default Blue Screen O Death

    Blue Screens of Death...

The computer was running fine at boot with settings below, temps were great. Running CPU Burn in with all cores at 100% was only making me load with 45C temperature with 4.2GHZ but only 30 seconds later, blue screen!

Ok, my new bios changes are:
    Cpu at 4.2 ghz (200x21)
    Cpu Clock Ratio: 21X
    BCLK: 200
    QPI Link Speed 7.2GHZ
    Uncore Clock Ratio - Auto
    Uncore Frequency- 3800 MHZ
    CPU Voltage- Testing
    QPI/VTT Voltage - 1.500V
    DRAM Voltage- 1.700V
    RAM at 9-9-9-27

Windows 7 was running sluggish with some settings suggested above so I changed the voltages which did help with stability...until I ran CPU Burn in and got a blue screen.

Do I need to raise voltages for QPI for the high clock?

The memory is being seen now as 12GB at 1600mhz and 9-9-9-27

However I want to get my CPU stable first, and I doubt its even possible to get 12GB to 2000 Mhz. But judging by the temps, I could probably push for a 4.6ghz overclock on Air.

But lets get this 4.2ghz stable first. Ackkkk Blue screens.

I raised my CPU Vcore voltage, I am stable now....well see how it goes. On full load hitting 51C at 4.2 GHz
