Have you ran Memtest on each stick on by one? If not you should, and see if any of them act differently, if so one ore more might be faulty or failing

    Use this latest version 4.1
Memtest86+ - Advanced Memory Diagnostic Tool

If all memory tests out ok, give me your current full exact settings and a link to your ram and I will advise back.

It could also be a corrupt windows file, have you ran chkdsk or sfc /scannow? Do NOT run the sfc command unless you have a install disk for your OS!!

I ran the memtest for 2 days without error. (memory model: OCZ3P1600LV6GK)

When i use this settings, the computer don't restart under defrag. It's only reboot when the computer is idle. (The hibernate and sleep mode are disable).
So this is the settings now:

It very well could be a software/OS issue since you are not seeing errors in memtest, so you might need to do a clean install or the SFC /Scannow I mentioned above.

As for your settings, those are not the spec of the memory so that might be why they are passing and I see incorrect Uncore.

    You should use these

I found the final solution and my computer working for 2 weeks STABLE (nonstop).
I set the CPU Vcore from "1.25V Auto" to "1.1V". I think this is a bad auto setting in gigabyte mainboards.

    Thanks for all pre reply!

Hmm that is odd, set auto again and then go into windows and see what the amount showing in easytune tunder/advanced voltage tab 1 is for target vcore

The only way to working cpu to use fix vcore, if I set to auto, the system restart randomly because of cpu volt fluctuation. Maybe wrong cpu?

I updated the latest bios too(beta), but the only way if i set a random value(exp.: 1,1V)

    Interesting...

depends on the cpu, some need more some need less at stock or overclocked, mine at stock is 1.18750v,have you tried with another psu?? i noticed you have gtx and 600w,it might not be that but it would be worth testing with another brand and maybe 700-750watt psu
