    Q9550, OCZ 1066 timing 5-5-5-18 2.1v
    When running prime I always have one core failure after a hour.

    I need to know some/all of your Actual settings, you have posted ranges for some where the actual value needs to be known to use, and you have memory multi 1:1 when we need to know the actual value you have set.

    For now, I can tell you that if you are using 2.4V MCH Core stop that NOW!!! This will Kill your NB if it has not already done physical damage, for 4GB of ram you might need 1.2-1.3 at the most but normally lower than 1.3, 2.4 is just WAY TOO MUCH, so I hope that is a typo.

    Also can you please tell me your BIOS version and provide a link to your memory or the model #

    I needed to know what memory multiplier you are using, 1:1 is not a Gigabyte BIOS option, that would be 2.00B or 2.00D

    Thanks for trying to help. I tried all your setting and everything I could think of, however I think the CPU is holding me back with core failure in prime95 in 1-3 hours.

    Then you probably need more Vcore, give me your current full settings and I will advise back.

    This is what I tired, when I increase Vcore prime 95 faild faster in 10 minutes.

    Try raising PCIE to 101-103 for a quick test.

    You may just need to adjust your MCH Ref is all, if you want to try it try using .68-.74 MCH Ref. To do that set Vtt to 1.20, then adjust MCH Ref, then raise Vtt back to 1.28-1.34 and see how things go, try this with .68-.74 MCH Ref and a few Vtt amounts for each one in between
