Default Computer restarting at random times?

I don't know where else to put this but here. I've gotten some good feedback from this site before and I hope that out there, someone can help me with this problem. It's never happened to me before and it just started up when I touched my computer for the first time in 4 months (talk about luck -_-;;). It would restart when I'm perusing the web or folding on both cards and cpu + torrenting; but it would never restart in the middle of any game I play. Max temps for the CPU reaches 45C and gpus both reach 63 under full load. I've stress tested my computer for weeks on end to make sure it was stable so that's out of the question. My bro told me that it could be my PSU not producing enough but I want a second opinion on this. Thanks.

Sorry for not getting back to you yet!

Yes, please test out things with the new BIOS, then if you still have issues again give us your new current settings and I will advise back
