    Default Core2Quad Q9300+EP35C-DS3R-Overclock settings.Little Help

Hello all. First, this is my PC:

Gigabyte EP35C-DS3R Rev. 2.1 Bios F2 (No need update)
    Core2Quad Q9300
    4x1 Gigas Kingston ValueRam DDR2 800MHz
    Tacens Smart Radix 720 watt
Arctic Cooling Freezer 7 Pro Rev.2
    Asus HD4850 Ati 512MB.

Im newbie with overclocking and this is the first time I try it. These are the settings in the BIOS now:

    CPU Clock ratio: 7x
    Fine CPU clock ratio: +0.5
    CPU Frequency: 3.00 GHz (400x7.5)
    CPU Host Clock control: Enabled
    CPU Host Frequency: 400
    PCI Express Frequency: 100
    CIA 2: Disabled
    Performance Enhance: Standard
    System Memory Multiplier: 2.00
    Memory Frequency: 800
    DRAM timing selectable : Manual
    CAS Latency time: 5(Auto)
    DRAM RAS to CAS: 5(Auto)
    DRAM RAS Precharge: 5(Auto)
    Precharge delay (tRAS): 18(Auto)
All the rest of memory settings in Auto
    System Voltage Control: Manual
    DDR2/DDR3 Overvoltage Control: +0.1v
All the rest of Voltage settings in NORMAL
    Normal CPU Vcore 1.22500 v.

At the beginning, I disabled C1E and EIST but after make stability tests with Orthos and Everest, now are enabled.Vcore fluctuates between 1.188v. and 1.204v. CPU Smart Fan is enabled. Current System Temperature is 41C and Current CPU Temperature 31C.

The temps of CoreTemp (last version) in idle are:
    Core 0:51C
    Core 1:44C
    Core 2:50C
    Core 3:49C
    In full are:
    Core 0:65
    Core 1:60
    Core 2:64
    Core 3:63
In Everest, in idle, CPU Temperature: 32C and in full, 39C.

The system seems to be stable, but I want to know if I must do any other change in BIOS to improve stability (not performance). This little OC is enough for me.

And the temps. are right or hot??

Many thanks in advance and sorry for my english.

Temperatures are a bit high for the OC but that probably what the cooler is capable of, no worries. Also they depend on ambiant temperature so if you are expecting higher ambiant temperatures they so would CPU temperatures.
If you passed 8-12 hours orthos blend and a couple of hours small and large FFT you should be OK.

Thank you for your answer. The ambient temperature is 24C in my room, isnt high. The cooler Arctic Cooler Freezer 7 Pro Rev.2 works with processors of 130 w. TDP and the Q9300 is 95W TDP; I think that makes his job OK. Perhaps the Q9300 stepping M1 is "a hot processor" although is 45 nm. technology.

    Thank you.

Done. FSB runs now at 401.

All is OK. Orthos, Prime95, OCCT and Memtest passed.

    Thak you, Lsdmeasap.

Nice to hear you are stable!

I just suggest 401 so you are not right on the 333/400 NB Strap line, it can sometimes cause instability
