    I edited above " - the portion in RED was after I uninstalled + reinstalled "Standard Dual Channel PCI...". I downloaded and installed both x64 versions of the Marvell installers {Marvell Console Driver (SATA3) + Marvell RAID Utility (SATA3)}"

    I still crash if I bench my RAID 1 on SATA2_2 + SATA2_3, the SSD on SATA2_0 runs fine...

    My GUESS is because the DRIVER {see RED X} is old for the Marvell it's causeing all the fuss..

    seemslike its corrupted the boot loader not sure tho,have you tried putting in the os disk and doing a start up repair? may need to do it 2-3 times to fully repair the start up,or try re-flashing bios but before you do makesure the keep dmi pool data box is unticked,it might have no affect but its all i can think of to try

    "IF" your suggestion is because of the following image then know it happen once in a while after "Kernel-Power .. ID 41 .. Category 63" event.

    I "may have FIXED" the issue. After the drivers were installed I ran Check Disk on both drives, and for the FIRST TIME ATTO rendered a successful benchmark.

    What other Stress Tests are good for HDD? {re: tests below: nothing is optimized and NIS (Norton) was on the entire time}

    BTW - I really appreciate all of your help during this PITA (pain in the a$$) problems!
