Did you follow the manual when assembling this Rig? Did you plug in all required connections ie Power for CPU ETC.... Also Did you try Clearing the CMOS or resetting the BIOS? See your manual for the Pin location on your board this is the main site
--> GIGABYTE TECHNOLOGY where you can DL your manual.
Any luck with the triple reboot??
    Regards Max

With default FSB 333MHz and minimum memory multiplier 1 the memory will run at 333MHz (DDR-667), and even though timings are scaled by the BIOS it may not be enough for such memory to operate at that frequency.

You know come to think of it I may have tried the same speed of memory and experienced a no-boot situation. It was in one of my P45 boards that this happened as soon as I put in 800 MHz memory I was able to get in the BIOS....Hope that helps? Could you borrow some memory from your family?? or friends??

Umm... ok.. I will try and borrow some RAM and see if that works.

If it is the RAM are there any suggestions as to which RAM I should purchase?

Well I run Mushkin RAM as listed in my Signature due to its quality and price at the time (early 2008 I think) Now it may be comparable due to the economy and you know supply and demand and all that stuff. This is also an American based company to my knowledge as well. However You can jump around the forum and see what other mods and long timer posters are running by looking at their Signatures some list links to their ram as well. Heard good stuff about Gskill and OCZ too.
    Hope that helps....Max
