windows doesnt read any overclock at all with my chip,it still displays it at stock when its at 4.2ghz,3dmark 06 shows cpu at 3.6ghz when it was clocked at 3.8ghz,my turbo mode is only 1x cpu multi where yours is higher on that chip hence your seeing a bigger drop because software cant recognize turbo mode but it still should test with the full amount of cpu speed

as for clocking higher you will have better results with a low cpu multi and higher bclk than you will higher cpu and lower bclk regarding stability and voltages, just up the bclk from where you are now and test for stability maybe one or two clicks up on qpi/vtt you will need to play around

Okay thats just wierd maybe they will come out with a bios update to fix this. Where do everyone get a the beta bios from and how can I see the list of changes they made hmmm.... Again I thank you for your help it just puzzled me when I left it at 25 and below windows read all clocks. Gigabyte needs to come out with a bios update ASAP that allows you to disable this non turbo feature.

It is normal for some programs to not see the turbo multiplier, they were made before the feature was available. A BIOS update wont change this, the programs/OS would need to be updated.

What CPU-s shows is correct, that is all you need to worry about :)

Hey thanks for all the help guys. Mr. wazza300 was telling me the same thing just caught me off guard when another program said 4.15GHz but CPU-z and my post screen shows 4.5GHz. So I'm happy to say I'm stable at that. I think I will try higher kinda scared even though temps are good I don't want to over volt it by no means. I seen some people running with 1.50v and that alone scares me and he was only at 4.5GHz as well.
