Are you using the latest BIOS?

If not please update, and disable "Keep DMI Data" in Qflash before you flash the BIOS.

Then once you flash please enter the BIOS and load Optimized Defaults, then save/apply/reboot BACK to the BIOS, once in the BIOS again make any additional changes you need to make.

    Latest BIOS is here, F14

    Mine is GA-P55A-UD3, so i'm trying with F11 ! ;-)

    EDIT: It does not work.
I followed your instructions (and I saved my old BIOS) and I have nothing more, no ethernet connection.

Ahh ok, sorry I just glanced at the title of the thread.

Saved your old BIOS, what do you mean by that? Are you using an old profile, or did you mean you just saved it as a backup?

Does your BIOS show a MAC Address for both LAN Ports, check by pressing F9 on the MAIN BIOS page.

If it does then they should be working, and you are having an issue in windows with drivers or something else.

YOu do have them enabled in the BIOS correct? Just checking.

    I meant I just did a backup.
Pressing F9, a dialog box open and show me a MAC adress (6CF049E81196) and some other informations like Model name "P55A-UD3 B3".

I have loaded Optimized Defaults with config:
    - In "Integrated Peripherals":
    Onboard H/W LAN : Enabled
    Green LAN : Disabled
Onboard LAN Boot ROM : Disabled

All this configuration is the same as initially.

SMART LAN show me some tests:
    Staart destecting at Port.....
    Part1-2 Status = Normal / Length = 0m
    Part3-6 Status = Normal / Length = 0m
    Part4-5 Status = Normal / Length = 0m
    Part7-8 Status = Normal / Length = 0m
I installed again driver by uninstalling Network board Peripheral but windows always tell me the same things "Ethernet cable is unplugged" -> "Identifying..." -> "Enabled" or "Activated"*
My windows really believe my cable is unplugged when It try to resolve my problem.

*I don't know the right word in english.

    Thanks for the update!

Can you test with a few more cables, your LAN test show the cable is the failing point as it says zero length.

Unhappy Re: Flaky ethernet connection on GA-P55A-UD3P

I tested with a cable working on another PC and with a new cable (just bought).
Moreover, the outlet* is blinking, it is just my MB who do not detect the cable...

*Sorry if it is not the correct word but it seems to be a difficult translation...

    I understand you just fine!

Actually, I didn't even know English wasn't your native language, so you are doing great :)

Not sure what we can do to fix this, sounds like everything is working properly, except it's not :(

So is it not working at all ever now, or just when resuming from S3 sleep?

If it's just a problem when you resume, you may just need to wait for a BIOS update or driver to resolve this

This problem will make me crazy ! (and not in love)
I thinkg I'll just fill the gigabyte's after-sales service to resolve this problem properly while it is still under warranty.

    But WLAN works ! :-)
However I need It works with cables...

Sorry to hear you can't get this working!!

Maybe there is something wrong physically with it, RMA may be the best thing to do.

Let us know how it works out for you.
