The way I see it, you should set CPU ratio of 9, Host clock to 333 and memory multi to 2.0B. The rest is to establish stable CPU Vcore, wich I suspect is the Normal/Default, Set to the "Normal" next to each Voltage.

We all need to sleep sometimes :-) And the fact you see someone online does not mean they are realy here.

According to the Kingston memory data sheet all you have to do is set voltage manually to 1.85v and multiplier 3.00A and timings 5-5-5-15 manually.

Follow the suggestions for maual stock settings in this post with memory multiplier, voltage, and timings as mentioned above.
Run some stress tests, 6-9 hours Prime95 blend, and if everything is stable you are ready for overclocking.

VID as indicated by CoreTemp is 1.3v not 1.38, to make sure make a text report(dump?) with CPU-Z and check Max VID.
