    Default help overclocking Q6600 with GA-EP45 UD3L

i want to overclock my Q6600 to 3ghz it's on stock speed now

    Memory is

    CM2X1024-6400 5-5-5-18 Corsair

    kingston Hyper x KHX64002k2/4G 5-5-5-15

but they run at 667mhz this how stupid kingston run's them at this speed so Corsair run's at 800mhz if i take Kingston out their will be less ram so this is not good.

i have windows 7 64 bit to get full memory access.

i would like some help on the full settings needed for my motherboard so i can overclock the cpu to run stable without problems

i got Antec nine hundred 2 case cpu is runnning now at idle 28c very cool so no worry their with Zalman 9700 led cooler.

please help to overclock i am kind of noob on all the settings.

Can you post a screen capture of MeSet main(click >>) and SPD(click spd) windows with the kingston ram?
Read this post , provide some additional information as described in steps 1-4, and follow the suggestions for manual stock settings.

More important is MemSet capture with the kingston memory.
Croping the needed area only and saving as PNG file would be more easy to read.
