    Was just after some advice on a wireless card for a M78SM-S2H motherboard.

    It really depends. What type of wireless router (A,B,G,N,ect...) are you using? The OS (Windows,Linux, ect...) you use is important as well. If you are planning to put the computer into a S3 power option you may be better off with an internal pci type. Their may be other things you might want to consider. ↓Below↓ is a good suggestion.
