Write down your serial # and/or UV mark the board somewhere so you know if you get the same one back or not.

I've got the same problem. Building a system from the ground up with new parts. Got the 11 beeps right after turning on the power the first time. The CPU and GPU fans start running OK.
Nothing output from video card. I did notice that after the 11 beeps the Hard drive light blinks twice and the the whole cycle starts again.
It also seems like the 11th beep is somewhat short. I'm thinking that the previous post about the board resetting itself at the 11th beep is correct.

    MB: GA-890FXA-UD5
CPU: Phenom II X6 1090T Black Edition 3.2GHz
    MEM: G.Skill F3-17600CL7D-4GBIS
    Video: IMSI N460GTX w/1G mem
    PS: Corsair HX 1000W

Tried memory in each set of slots.
Tried video card in both x16 slots.
Tried board with nothing but cpu installed, still got the 11 beeps.

I bought a AMD Athon II dual core and tried it. Still have the 11 beeps problem. The only thing I have left that I have not swapped out is the memory. I'll try that tomorrow.

I send my MB for RMA and I just notice that is gonna take up to 3 weeks for the turnaround

3 WEEKS, do you know how much is that?

I've paid almost 300 dollars for a MB that worked for 2 days and on top of that I'm gonna get a refurbi**** MB along with the 3 weeks of wait for 300 dollars

damn the day I decided to go with Gigabyte

gigabyte are the best when it comes to rma, youve just had bad luck,it does say upto 3 weeks so it could arrive sooner,i rma'd for bent cpu pins and it took two weeks max, just stick with it and you will have a repaired or refurbished mb
