When on auto vcore changes between idle and load, under load max VID is set.
While within VID range you should not worry, only about temps and stability of course.
I'd worry more about the NB because of the small heatsink.

No 2 memory benchmarkswill show the same result, you can only compare one benchmark to results of the same benchmark.
This is what I get with 1same settings

Can you post a screen capture of MemSet main windows?
Try setting tRD to 8 and see if they get better.
You will need to run some stress to see if there's enouge vcore.

    Sure:

So I got higher memory test result when i first installed the cpu and
    - load optimized bios
    - Performance Enhance: Standard
    - ram and nb voltages to normal from auto

Then after 1.5 hours of prime95 test i changed some settings:
    - CPU Host Clock Control: Enabled
    - CPU FSB 400
    - PCI Express Frequency (Mhz): 100Mhz
    - VCore voltage: 1.2375 V
    - ( G ) MCH Frequency Latch: 400 Mhz
    - System Memory Multiplier (SPD): 2.00B
    - System Memory Frequency 800 / 800

And i got lower results this time... (significantly: as i remember memory-read was above 6700...)

Note that Performance Level is 0. Set tRD (Static tRead Value in BIOS) to 8 on both channels, it should make read and latency much better.
Please post a screen capture of EasyTune -> Tuner -> Adnaced -> Voltage tab if you have it installed.
Run some Prime95 small FFT for aan hour as a start.
If temperatures allow it run IBT or LinX max stress level for 5-10 runs, failure or GFlops result can indicate if there's enough vcore or not.

Sadly setting the tRD to 8 in both A and B channels made my rig not to boot, then i've tried with dram: 1.9 V no luck, so i changed it back to auto.

Anyways here is my ET6 screen:

Try memory mulriplier 2.00D DRAM Voltage 1.9v, then MCH Core 1.2v if no go still, then try tRD 9.

    I could only achieve a normal boot with "9" (1.2 / 1.9 V / 2.00D)

    Anyways the MaxxMem results are much better: 8422 / 7151 / 8349 / 71,2!

I'm gonna run some tests you mentioned earlier...

The system seems stable with these settings so i'm gonna stick with it, it's a lot more then i was hoping for :)

You know I can't thank you enough for all the help you guys gave me. I'd like to specially thank you Chike for all your support, quick replies and great tips on how to improve my system!

    You're welcome
Did you run IBT/LinX? What were GFlops if you did?
I'd still run an hout or two of Prime95 large FFT then blend for 8+ hours.

Nope i must admit i haven't heard of those 2 apps (ibt/linx) so i just ran Prime95's Blend, and also testing with Final Fantasy XIV Online :) which has succesfuly hang my old cpu in a few seconds after loading :)

But I'll try to check those softwares later if you think I should test my machine by em.
