Both IBT/LinX create much more heat so watch over core temperatures.
Both can be found in the programs sticky in the forum.

If you have occt. linpac /ibt is in one of the options. The psu test is essentially 64bit ibt with a hard 3d test on your gx card.
    maximum heat,maximum power draw.
With extra power supply gx cards (6 pin connections)
We are faced with more options.
1.get your max stable oclk testing your cpu /mboard and memory
2,get your max stable overclock on gx card .

Test them seperately first then test em together .
Chances are your max cpu/mem overclock wont work with your max gx card overclock.
Even if you dont overclock your gx card, you may find your max cpu/mem overclock wont work well in gx intensive applications.
Games generally unless your a media artist.
Check the occt test ,not the psu one with your good overclock.see how the voltage varies on the graphs.
ripple less than 5% .voltage for 3.3 and 5 volt within 3% of those values.
12v voltage within 5% of 12v ie in the 11.4 to 12.6v range but as close to the value as possible.
Then do the gpu test.. same limit on the voltage graphs.

If everything looks good then try them combined.. thats the occt psu test.
Its not strictly a power suply test. It will test everything .

Of course you could simulate it by running
    1.a voltage /temp monitoring program
    2.a cpu /mem program
    3.a gx card testing program

    all at the same time.
This is just some bandwith score I had on file from a year ago.Of course its on a different setup .cpu at 3.5ghz.My present cpu doesnt do any better at 4.0ghz.
In terms of your 9300 tho, the cpu should be capable of that .the combination of other components may not allow it
