    Yeah i cleared the bios yesterday. Here's the memmaxx i just ran.
    CPU - Intel i5-3570k

    This is better than the one you posted before, just latency a bit higher.
    Does MemSet sgow Performance Level 6? Can you post a capture of it's main window?
    I'll boot my P35 machine and see what results I get there.

    Hold on and let me run iHere ya go. The performance level is a bit high. Look at the System Memory Multiplier. IS that figure a bit high at 2.40

    Yes 9 is high, try to set 7 or 6 for CAS 5. 6 or 5 for CAS 4.
    The following images were cropped with Windows 7's paint.
    It's an ASUS board but P35 chipset. It does not have manual control of tRD so I had to settle for whatwas set by the BIOS.

    Sure 2.4 x 333 = 800
    Perheps you can use 3 multiplier for DDR-1000. Though it's for the 266MHz strap it may work.
    The memory has 2 EPP profiles if I am not mistaken, 800 CL 4 amd 1000 CL 5.
