Perheps you can use 3 multiplier for DDR-1000. Though it's for the 266MHz strap it may work.
The memory has 2 EPP profiles if I am not mistaken, 800 CL 4 amd 1000 CL 5.
Ok so i can leave the system memory multiplier at 2.40. ok i'll post the results tomorrow. ah i made the change now. here ya go

I wonder why the big difference between my setup and yours, memory settings are virtually the same. The P5K SE is pretty much lower end board of the P5K series.
Anyway those are much better than you have began with (post #58).

i was thinking the same thing. It could be the characteristics between the 2 boards but you'd think there wouldn't be too much of a difference. If these readings are ok than i would think they're good for this board right?
One thing i do see is your timing is 5-5-5-18 and mine is 4-4-4-12. that may be the reason for the difference.

I made the 2 tests so they will be close to your settings (FSB, timings, etc).
There onr with 5-5-5-15 tRD 7, and the other 4-4-4-12 tRD 6.
The second has even better read and latencies.

slightly different cpu and the number after the timing on mine is 40 and on yours is 20. other than that. it's basically the same. I had nothing else running except whatever is going on in the background like norton etc. i doubt that makes a diff right.

Yes different CPU, main difference is that the E7500 has a 3MB cache and the E6750 has 4MB, but memory benchmark is supposed to test the RAM regardless of the cache size.
The 40 and 20 are simply 2048MG and 4096MB, I only have 2GB installed, you can pull out 2 DIMMs and see if it make any difference.

If you are satisfied with the settings you can run Prime95/Orthos blend for 6-12 hours, games, whatever is you do.
Don't forget to save BIOS profile so you can always recover the settings.
