Default Need help with my Bios Settings.

I have filled the template and will include it below. After making changes to the DDR2 Overvoltage and GMCH Overvoltage i was experiencing a black screen when i would bring the machine up in the morning. I reset the GMCH for now. If you need any more info from the Bios let me know and i'll include it. Thanks again for the help

    CPU Host frequency 100?
How about your sustem specs, board/rev., CPU, memory, PSU, VGA, all that stuff. Best fill your forum signature with that info.

I must have copied the notepad wrong. here's what i have taken from the bios. most of these are default settings.the cpu host frequency is what i have.

yes. that's the values i got from the bios. i had to change the 450 on the template that's why i'm sure it's what's on the bios. i'm not sure what this value represents so from your reaction this is not normal.keep in mind the cpu host clock control is disabled so this value is not available to me right now. obviously i have to find out what the cpu frequency is for this chip. i see this should be at 266. ok one down.

This is FSB and should be 333 for your CPU.
During POST is the correct 2.66GHz reported for the CPU frequency?

Yes you're correct. i was looking at the specs for the wrong cpu. Thanks for catching that. There are 3 settings mising from the template that i have. I will add them in a little while. I'm still trying to determine where i set the timing for the memory. the settings i have now may be the cause of my system not booting cleanly when i turn it on. It usually spins up a bit then fades. this happens a few times before it comes up. then again that may be totally another issue.

Do you also get a red warning about failed overclock when you enter BIOS M.I.T?
Try to load and save BIOS optimized defaults, then apply other changes needed.
But before you do can you post a screen capture of CPU-Z CPU, memory, and SPD tabs? It is possible to run several instances of COU-Z.

EDIT: and for now set Performance Enhance to standard, after loading optimized defaults.

i did get the warning but i got a waring on every option i went down to. bear with me i don't know what you mean by CPU-Z CPU Memory and SPD. How would i do a screen capture in the bios?
I applied the changes to the CPU host frequency. At the performance level it said performance was optimized in red after i entered 333.

Here's the most recent version of the template reflecting changes:

CPU-Z is a software you can load from the programs sticky at the top of the forum, it has several tabs.
You can run several instances of it each showing different tab, and make s creen capture of all of them.
Can't take a screen capture of BIOS.
You applied FSB manually or just optimized defaults fixed it? I am concerned about the value BIOS set automatically.
Have you tried clearing the CMOS before and if yes for how long?
