Default Gigabyte x58 udr3 BSOD HELP PLEASE

    OK.

IM GOING OUT MY MIND WITH THIS NOW.

i have been getting random BSOD on what i thought was a stable overclock.

i have tried turning down the cpu clock and it still happens and i have tried turning down the ram but it keeps happening. Some times memory management BSOD some others just random BSOD.

in games the system sometimes hangs with repeated sounds.

in a last ditched attempt i have put all the other voltages on my mobo up slightly to see if that stablises it.

problem is i dunno what part is causing the issue cus it seems to be when you just try and run the system together CPU and ram 24/7

    any ideas?

if your running your ram at 2000mhz you might need more qpi/vtt voltage or lower the ram speed slightly to 1866 or 1800,mhz
what are you using for ioh and ich core? might need tweaking slightly with sli cards
are you using odd or even cpu multi? try with odd as some cpu's are more stable with odd or even multi's,seems like memory/qpi related if its freezing randomly though

i would use latest official bios too not beta just to see if its bios related, you could try taking mb battery out overnight and load optimized defaults and re-enter your oc settings and see if it still freezes

    im running 1750mhz ram.
    23x175 blck
    10x ram 20x uncore.
1.33 QPI volts. but up to 1.375 did not stop BSOD.

i have put up the voltages on all things by 0.1v that i didnt change before. my cpu is now 80-90c in blend testing but so far no BSOD and its been running a while.

im going to see how long i can stay away while it runs

you can go 21 and 22x for uncore freq too, i find 21x most stable but youll need to test, and system performance enhance on standard works best for me,anything else and it needs more qpi/vtt voltage

try 2 or 3 clicks up on ioh ich core might help in games with dual gpu's,unless auto has set them at that or slightly higher than 1.1v default

    OK BIG PROBLEMS NOW.

ran 4hr blend last night no issues.

woke up today booted and my apps are crashing all over no BSOD. Memtest failed instantly

then reboot all ok again. then reboot and BSOD wont post. set to stock and reflashed bios and booted stock.

Now stuck in Verifying DMI pool Data...... Refuses to move past

    Is this board faulty?

if its sticking at dmi pool data you need to check all your components are fully connected inside,hdd's/gpu/ram ect and all sata cables power cables,i would leave mb battery out overnight and try, then re-flash and untick keep dmi pool data and then load optimized defaults and re-enter your oc settings, could be slightly corrupted cmos thats causing it esp now its stopping and dmi pool data
