what do you mean by on charge? you mean under cpu load/stress? and what are your room temperatures? makesure you have the heatsink correctly fitted and you use good quality thermal paste like mx2 or mx3

Thanks for reply me, "on charge" is when the computer is making jobs for 100% CPU.
The temp in the case is 32C, at home 27C.
I have a cosmos case with 2 fans on front, 1 side, 1 down, 1 rear, and 2 up with the radiator of the R.L. All give air into the case but the rear and the up go out the air.
Sorry for my english, its very bad!!!
    Thanks again

The temp of my CPU is about 30 and 33C, I think that is the NB which is hot, about 59 and 63C, the motherboard is about 47C. I think the GPU (NVIDIA GTX295) transfers part of its heat to the NB. Now I dont have any oc I have all settings in default. When I had overclocked the system the temps were similars, because only the CPU increased the temp in 6C, and I go up the pump one level.
Do you think these values of temp are well?
    Thanks

yes if its just the north bridge, maybe you could cut the loop and use the watercooling on the northbridge too? my north bridge is around 45-49c but with that gtx maybe its heating it up extra

I'm thinking of adding to the RL the Nvidia, on Tuesday I'll tell you if it worked. The fact is that the NB I have it with the RL and with the cooler air standard.

Tomorrow I'll take some pictures and screenshots and Ill show you them.
    Thanks

You could replace the thermal paste under the NB heatsink and that will help a bit, but if you do be very careful as it is bare silicon under there.

Or you could add a fan over the NB. In general X58 NB is fairly hot though, so you aren't going to get it too cool without using water.
