What is current vcore? In BIOS and under load.
You probably don't need more than +0.15v FSB OverVoltage and +0.225v MCH OverVoltage.
There is realy no way around the GTLREFs, unless you settle for 420 MHz.
You can also try 50-10ps on each of the clock skews, normaly not needed at under 450MHz but worth a try.

And what is the processor VID?
Try LLC enabled and/or more vcore.

Try 1.35v or even max 1.3625 just to make sure it's not that.
But really, the GTLREFS are essntial, they were made for a reason. You can't always solve everything with voltage only, or u need to use very high voltage.

The GTLREFs are just percentage of VTT.
Adjustments are are made by adding or reducing percentage.
Begin with GTLREF1, try +3% +6%, then repeat with GTLREF2 +3% +6%, total 9 combinations, minus the normal/normal that you already tested.
If more does not help try the same but with -3% -6%.

At REF 1 = -3 and REF 2=-3.. I reach 422 stable, but fails at 425. Other values like -6 don,t change nothing. Im testing with x 3.33D Low RAM speed. It seems I have some caine of a wall 420/425. MCH +0.30 or +0.35 same situation.

Are you adjusting Static tRead as you increase FSB? Use CPU tweaker to see what the board is setting at 422 FSB, then manually increase by 1 on each channel to try for a higher bus speed.

You may also need to try different RAM multipliers, both letter and numerical values.
