Default Voltage not staying set /sigh

So after messing around with my computer this past weekend curious why I suddenly am having stability issues. I noticed that loading into windows "now and again" my CPU core voltage is at STOCK settings. Like its reverting on its own.

So I reboot my PC, go back into the bios. Its set how I had it, I save exit .. load back into windows.. and its back to how I had it set.

Should I reflash my bios? Is this a psu issue? is this a mobo issue?

    Thanks for any assistance.

FYI, also while I was attempting to " Load optimized settings " my PC got stuck in a boot loop a twice.. which forced me to manuallypower it off and on to get it booted back into the bios.

/sigh - I knew it was too good to be true :(

mybe you need to clear the cmos fully for 30 mins or overnight then load optimized defaults

Whats the best method. Pull the battery off the mobo? over night ? then boot back into the bios and load optimized defaults and set my settings?

I had same issue like that before and it ended RMA'ing the motherboard.
My issue that sometimes the voltage revert back in stock in windows only[or Health Status in bios] no matter what vcore used in bios, if I enter the bios the vcore I want is set but in windows it shows stock vcore used, sometimes it shows correct voltage in cpuz and after couple restarts voltage is revert back to stock vcore in windows or health status ~ bios doesn't report any OC fail or anything. All stability ran fine. I still don't know what was the cause as I only changed the motherboard and kept all other hardware and didn't have this problem.
So technically the motherboard will only run at stock no matter what to do, the only choice was just getting the max stable OC using the stock vcore ~ any bump in vcore will revert back to stock even though the voltage you want is set correctly and bios is reading the value you used in M.I.T but if you check Health Status or CPU-Z you will notice that only stock vcore running! Very strange!
I tried couple CLR Cmos and flashing to different bios without changes.

Well for me, it only happens very seldom. I actually only caught it once.. and since every boot into windows. 10+ now.. CPU is showing the correct vcore. I have yet to do a CMOS flash. Ill do that later tonight.

Very strange tho. Lucky for me, even if it does revert back to stock vcore voltages. Its still enough to boot into windows. So for now, Ill just check CPUZ after each boot..

OF all the things in my PC, why does it have to be my mobo! lmao. The biggest pain in the butt to RMA / reinstall. *sigh* hopefully it wont come to that.

*also, Im at Bios F8, I see there is an F9 listed. Would it be recommended to update it? Do you think that might help??* Thanks

I have had something similar at one time ,mainly when testing overclocks.

the "usual" seemed to fix it then.
    the usual being.
turn off the pc via software shutdown.
turn off the main psu power switch.
Hold down the power on button for 1 min + to discharge all stored power, like the 5v allways live line..
    Release the button.
turn on the psu switch, hit the power on button.
Enter bios ,load and save optimum defaults.
Boot up,shut down machine from windows and repeat the above.
Then load and save your "good overclock" settings and everything should be good.

Ive updated the bios twice ,it hasnt made much difference one way or the other as far as i can tell except for the "nervous 30 sec or so while it flashes" in case there is a power failure.
Then again we have a backup bios dont we? Im not sure how that works.Does it allways hold the original factory set bios and write that into the "main" one if it fails? or what.

my last update was from f8 to f9 ,i think.I cant remember what version the board came with, perhaps f4.
my board is slightly different to yours tho.
