Looks like it's either fixed or they are sending you a refurbed board.

You should know in a few days, did you write down your serial or UV mark the board?

Nice, so then you will know for sure if they repaired it or not.

You might get a note in the package letting you know what the found or did, but maybe not.

So when does the tracking say it should arrive?

Fast service, received on the 15th - sent back on 22nd, very nice!

Well it came today making it a 14 day turnaround. Its the same board I sent in with a note saying "Repaired". And instructions on bench testing it before installation indicating itf it does not post its the components not the board.
Well I'm not tearing down a PC to test it. Especially since I replaced the P35 USDR board with a P45 USDR. So she is a spare. I may try and pckup a cheap Q6600, but am not on a mission.

Nice and fast! At least they included a note for you, that was nice and many people say they don't get one.

Did the note mention what they repaired at all?

I'd test it out as soon as you can, just to be sure it's in working order.

No details. In the test instructions they did not mention installing memory. Its that the case?

Ahh, well I thought maybe you got lucky and they mentioned some details.

Installing memory would be a given, so I assume that may be why it's not mentioned? The board will not start without a CPU and memory installed :)
