You need alot more qpi/vtt. Try close to 1.4. What ram timings are you running?

you might need even more qpi/vtt to run at 2000mhz,its up to you or try for 1866/1800mhz speed if you dont want to run at higher voltages

anything from 1600 -2000 you wont see any difference in speed.

what was the BSOD error code? see my sig for corrections.

i have seen upto 1.5-1.6 for 2000mhz 12gb, call your ram manufacturer they will tell you. BTW 1.5-1.6vtt is s ton of voltage, if i were you i wouldnt run that high, id try 1.45 max and call it a day with whatever i can get, i really think 2000mhz ram is a rip off, only good for extreme overclockers.

If your CPU is 920-975, then using 2000Mhz memory speed is not ideal at all for 24/7 use, only for short benching sessions or something like that.

It takes far too much voltage to keep stable for daily use.

Use 20 uncore, over 4Ghz uncore is what stops this from being easy if you do not have 980X. So less uncore, and then more QPI/Vtt (1.4-1.55+)

I missed this before... 21x uncore at 200 blck will put you at 4200 for your uncore... Most cpus top out at 4.0ghz uncore. anything over is a prayer and/or will require a lot of qpi/vtt voltage.

Edit after typing this I didnt see LSD covered this. I would use 20x uncore or drop memory multi to 8x uncore 16-18x for 12 if you can run that. Also make sure set windows to not restart on crash so you can see the bsod error code or look in the event viewer for the error.
