Nice, it's best to use the latest BIOS anyway, so I'm glad you updated.

Those settings are like that because you have not loaded optimized defaults yet.

Please load optimized defaults in the BIOS and save/apply/reboot F10, reboot BACK to the BIOS after this!

Once in the BIOS again you will see those are back to normal, then go reset your SATA/Disk settings again, and then all other changes you need to make before loading windows.

    Did you load optimized defaults?

What are you asking in your first sentence, sorry I don't understand? Yes, you can use 800/800 if you want.

You also do not have to use Extreme if you find it to be unstable, but I bet it's other settings not correct that is causing it to fail for you.

Can you please give us a link to your memory's web page, or the model number

    Yes, Yes :)

    Sorry Lsdmeasap Corsair XMS3 CMX4GX3M2A1333C8 3*2Gb

System is stable : Turbo Performance Enhance + QPI/VTT Voltage 1.340V + CPU Vcore [normal] + DRAM Voltage [1.660V] + System Memory Multiplier (SPD)-[10] + CPU Enhanced Halt (C1E)- AUTO + DVID-[normal] Memory runs at 1333 mhz ram speed and timings of 8-8-8-24 Operates the first day :)

What is the difference Turbo Performance Enhance and Performance Enhance Extreme ?

Thanks for your memory model number!

Difference between Performance Enhance Standard - Turbo - Extreme is a LARGE amount of memory bandwidth/Performance.

Please give us your FULL settings in a template from my signature, that way we can see every setting you are using.
