    Is the disk in single memory RAID mode (Non-Member)?

    If not, I'm not sure, maybe the drive model? What port do you have it connected to, and did you try all others?

    it has to be a bug with that program or your hard drive temp sensor,it works fine on my disks

    I get the same thing on my Crucial drives. I just assumed it was the particular brand not jiving with the software. HDTune used to show 128c on mine which I'm positive was erroneous. Now it shows nothing, maybe it changed when I updated the firmware.

    Yes. SSD's have firmware....

    So not actually an HD but an SSD.

    HDD health shows your temp for that drive, I see 29C

    So it must just be the Crystaldisk program not working for that model or something.
