Well it's 2.4 multiplier, CL 5, and 1.4v MCH, you don't see that combination very often either.

Yep, it's gotta be something special with his 9600 CL6 memory.
I'm surprised that he can run stable with 5-5-5-15 settings near 1200MHz when his memory is rated at 6-6-6-18.

Are you really using a 500 W power to run all that load, have you ever tried running OCCT PSU test ? My Q9550 & HD5770 combo takes 430 W from wall at full load running @ 4.25 Ghz and I'd expect that your system takes at least the same. I actually tested with a 650 W Cooler Master PSU some time ago and it just shut down when I tried running 3DMark at 4.5 GHz.

Yup mm67, i am planning to upgrade my psu :) anyway my current psu (Coolermaster silentpro M500) looks like powerful enough to finish 3DMark 2011 at 4.2ghz + Hawk 460 955/2250 you can see myscore in Primus thread about Hawk SLI.... i was expecting shutdown but it surprised me that mypsu was ok doing 3DMark 2011 at that load ... weird ^_^
Daily gaming i use 4ghz Q9550 and hawk running at clock 875/2100 default all volts stable for hours... but if i run hawk at 900/2200 there comes freeze often about 15-20minutes gaming especially in lost planet2, eventhough myhawk passed furmark and ATItool scanning artifact for 20minutes .... yup its gotta be mypsu not enough powering myrig ... but when gaming freeze i can still back to desktop using ALT+Tab coz windows not freezing, just the game.

Note: i'm planning to buy Seasonic M12II 620 bronze ... is it good? my friend told me seasonic M12II 620 better than Corsair TX650.

Both should be ok for your current setup but your board is capable to do Crossfire or SLI, maybe it would be better to get a bit bigger PSU if you happen to get a second graphics card.

Ok thx mm67 :) i wont do crossfire, too much cost hehe.... so i think seasonic will fit perfectly for mysystem, right?

    Yes, Seasonic should do fine.

    Seasonic power supplies

650 watts should be fine for SLI.

My Antec TP-750 TruePower New (750w) is made by Seasonic and is excellent.
Your best bet is to read psu reviews from the top tier psu evaluation web sites such as HardwareSecrets, Jonnyguru, HardOCP, PCper and others that do a thorough evaluation and stress testing to see if the test units produce their rated power output at 40 - 50 (C) and report on electrical ripple/noise. The best units will have ripple that is only at 25 - 50% of the maximum allowed specification.

Corsair makes very good power supplies, some of which are made by Seasonic (mostly some HX and AX models). The TX models are quite good, the HX and AX models are top tier, but cost more.

I installed a GTX 460 couple days ago and just ran OCCT PSU test, cpu at 4.25 GHz and gpu at 900/2000 MHz. Max power usage jumped to 507 W from 430 W with HD 5770. You really need a better PSU for your system.

yeh occt psu test is real extreme tho.
Its linpac and a "furry" gx card test combined.I had to get an auxillary psu(250w) because of the spikes and voltage drop the occt graphs showed.
For regular testing/use my 500w would probably have done but its nice to have the extra W.
