Yes, that's not really like any real world situation but Neoroy seems to do some benching like me and for that kind of runs his PSU is just not enough.

Wow thx for the tips mm67 :) u did try run OCCT psu test with GTX460 and max power usage was 507 watt...., but guys have u ever see spec of my psu? look at http://www.coolermaster.com/product....tegory_id=2384 they say that this psu has +12volt for 34A and its 408watt but they claim that 34A can raise up to 50A you can see it on spec, so 50A is 620watt (P=V*I --> P=12volt * 50Ampere) thats why i think my psu can handle benching hawk at 950/2250 with 4.2ghz Q9550.... the only trouble is at 960/2250 i couldn't finish 3DM2011 bcoz at the middle benching clock back to stock or crashed 3DM2011 and i saw bad 3D visual, but mykompie didnt shutdown or restart.... weird .... is it true my psu can't cope for myrig???
still wondering ... could it be....???

Oops my mistake, in Cooler master silentpro M500 it said max output 620watt for 50A at +12volt but using it too long is asking for trouble, now i know 620watt is not maximum but peak power for silentpro 500, peak power only stable not for long period (short period) so yess it's dangerous using silentpro 500 in myrig and so i change mypsu with Corsair TX-650 :) nice +12volt rail, its never drop below 12volt when i benching with 3DMark 2011 at clock 950mhz, minimum 12.29volt from 12.42volt, unlike silentpro500 dropped to 11.78volt.

As I recall, "peak" power ratings are only "good" for several seconds.
This is why the best psu review sites test each psu for sustained output at 40 - 50 (C) degrees, often for up to 8 hours.
They also report on each rails voltage stability and electrical noise/ripple at various power levels.
HardwareSecrets, JonnyGuru, PCPER, and [H]ardOCP are some of the top psu review sites.

You new TX-650 should be perfect for your setup.
