ok so i can live with 0.72 in that. next step 167 BCLK with Turbo to reach 4.0Ghz. I am guessing with that Vcore at 1.3v i can catch that quite easily also. what do you think?

just set the bclk and you should reach it,keep an eye on coretemps maybe around 1.26-1.3v for 4ghz-4.2ghz

Used Dynamic Vcore -0.0250v and the Cpu Vcore ranges from 1.248 to 1.264. So i am done with the cpu voltages i have the CPU in very good temps already. The next question is about the RAM which is rated 1333 CL7 running at 1280. Would i gain anything if i change the multi x10 and run the ram at 1600 CL8?

Ya, that should give you a good boost in speed, as will the needed increase in uncore (Set 2 x ram multi or 1-2 above)

Anyway i am really close to finalising this OC. Untill now i checked only with prime95 blend tests and Intel burn test. is there another program i can use and let it run for a while that will show a great percentage if i am ok with my setup?

OK, if you set x10 memory multiplier, you must also then set the Uncore multiplier to 2 x the memory multiplier (Or above)

So that is what I meant, x10 for the memory and x20-22 for the Uncore must be set.

I use HCI Memtest x 6 instances @ 650-800MB each for up to 500-100%, and also LinX which is kinda the same as Intel Burn test.

So I think you'll be good with Intel Burn Test and Prime, but if you want to try out HCI memtest it's a good test to run in windows (be sure you use multiple instances like I mentioned)

I will try HCI once i edit the ram timings and frequency. I still have trouble understanding what you mean by Uncore, the closest thing i see in the Bios is the Uncore clock ratio and Uncore frequency which are greyed out are not editable, the only thing editable is the above setting the QPI Clock ratio which i have on Auto (x32 i think) and under that it shows Uncore frequency around 2,8ghz
