Still learning those settings Chike, i thought XMP was upping the voltages in the BIOS but it turns out this is the Optimal Default. I dont know where exactly is the QPI/Vtt you are reffering to but now i am running DRAM Profile 1.648v and QPI Profile 1.248. On the Advanced Voltage control tab it says QPI 1.1 and DRAM 1.5 along with the Auto settings and the Vcore at 1.3

On Prime or after playing a game HWMonitor says max Vcore 1.3 to 1.31. And thats on stock (133x20 normal 133x24 w/Turbo)

remember if your voltage is 1.3v you shouldnt really need to touch it to acheive 3.6ghz-3.8ghz,i could clock to 3.8ghz with a normal cpu voltage of 1.18750v like i said every cpu will use more or less depending on each chip

If i do that will it result to lower temps on load as well? I get 70C running Prime95 on stock cooler, if that continues i will look to replace it.

your limit will be around 3.2ghz on stock intel cooler, its better to use it as a paper weight or a doorstop, buy an aftermarket cooler esp with a backplate and you can clock to 4ghz+ and it will make less noise and run cooler

i could only clock to 3.2ghz on stock cooler but your chip doesnt have multithreading so maybe you could reach 3.4ghz safely?idk, you would need to test and keep an eye on core temps

Well yes when OCing it may and probably will overvolt, but not at stock.

I don't see QPI mentioned in the XMP profile so this must be coming from BIOS or something but not from XMP directly.

Isn't there a page in BIOS with actual applied voltages? The settings page is not reliable to determine the actual that are applied it usually shows just defaults.

Actual VCORE running is 1.248 when all 4 cores are utilised, when Intel Turbo Boost kicks in it goes to the Cpu Vcore 1.3 stated in the BIOS (guess the max)

So probably the CPU max VID is 1.3v, at idle, with EIST and C1E enabled, it should drop some along with the CPU multiplier.
M.I.T Current Status don't have actual values for all parameters?
