is it at stock? not overclocked? tried clearing the cmos by shorting the two pins near the mb battery or by removing the battery for 30mins? then once youve done that load optimized defaults from within the bios and save and exit

try inserting the windows cd and doing a start up repair

If you haven't began with optimized defaults please load optimized default first.
Set CPU Termination 1.2-1.24v, CPU PLL 1.5-1.57v don't leave thos on auto.
Quite likely that more vcore is needed for your current OC.
Set MCH Core 1.2-1.26v and DRAM Voltage according to memory specs.
Set Performance Enhance to Standard for now.

Please follow steps 1-4 in this post to provide some more information about your system/settings.

EDIT: select XMP profile for DDR-1066 or set the standard timings manually according to memory specs.

You need to manually copy the bios settings into the bios template and post your settings.
You need to provide a detailed hardware list as we requested.
We don't know what recent changes you've made to your system before the problems started.
I suggest that you start over by loading OPTIMIZED BIOS defaults and then manually set your system to stock settings using the suggestions in http://forums.tweaktown.com/gigabyte...tml#post295784, post #5.
Have you done any stability testing on your overclocked system?

I see several problem bios settings from the hard to read photos in the first post.

Your not including the needed information is like calling up a doctor and saying:
"Hey doc, I've got a headache, what's wrong?"
