    CPU Clock Drive..........................[ 900mV]

    PCI Express Clock Drive..................[ 900mV]

    CPU Clock Skew...........................[ 0ps]

Cpu clock drive should be 800 not 900mv,so you have to load optimized defaults and re enter your bios settings

One more difference I didn't mention is that I'm using an Antec 350W PSU. Don't see how that can make a difference. But anyway...

Thing is a cantsee anything else out of place in your bios settings, are you using latest mb bios? How much qpi/vtt voltage did you test with? Are there any voltage settings for the onboard graphics?

    I'm using the latest BIOS.
The qpi/vtt is set to 1.25.
Yes, there is a voltage setting on the onboard graphics. Shuld I increase or decrease it?

Maybe you need more qpi/vtt voltage because your using onboard gpu? I don't know if it would affect things,I would leave graphics voltage and just try testing between 1.25-1.3v for qpi/vtt

I have tried with 1.3 before. Now I tried with 1.35, with no luck.

One more thing I failed to mention. The first two or three weeks everythin worked fine. After that the problems came. Random shutdowns and so on. Maybe something is broken? If it is, what is most likely. The memory?

    Thanks

Could be,you need to test it with a program called memtest and see if any errors are found,it could be a faulty psu too

Try testing each memory stick one at a time with the latest Memtest86+
Memtest86+ - Advanced Memory Diagnostic Tool

Test each one by itself, for 5-10 passes each.

Also, please link us to your memory if you can, or give us the exact model #. And tell us how much of it you are using, thanks!
