Default Kingston HyperX T1 Series 6GB

Hi everyone, thanks for letting me join. I have a pretty simple question I think. I just bought a GIGABYTE GA-870A-UD3 M/B, with Kingston HyperX T1 Series 6GB ram. Whats the quiet, and best cpu fan that will work with that tall ram? I have seen a few out there, but I would rather hear it from people who have tested it. This memory is so tall. Thank you for any input.

Not sure, you may need to buy a "Tower" style heatsink and have it point upwards?

    Newegg.com - G.SKILL FTB-3500C5-D Fans

if you sticks come with heat sink, you need to take it off in order to put the fan on.

Mid tower may be a problem, but 21cm may be enough. Cooler Master Hyper 212 Plus is very slim (80mm) but a bit tall.
Best take measure from CPU to tower panel and from CPU center to first DIMM slot.
I think for most coolers you'd have to add 25mm for the fan (if not istalled upwards.)

I can tell that its 6 3/4 in out to the case. But Im unsure of what it is from cpu to memory on the new board, because I hvent gotten it yet.
