    So did you narrow it down yet? Have you tested with another graphics card to rule that out yet?

    Not really/kinda, i removed the unconnected cables and disconnected the front panel ports etc and its now working, which is why i was wondering if a short could cause these problems?

    Been busy for the last few days, but its still behaving normally (with quick 5hr prime, a few 25 Linx runs, and some 3Dmark loops) and havent plugged said removed items back in yet.

    Ya a short could cause any kind of random error, and since your removal of front panel headers helped it does sound like one of the may have a short.

    Plug them in one at a time and test until you find the culprit cable, then you can replace it.
