It's been almost three days since the last freeze. Windows updates have been installed since then. Radeon 6950 driver has failed once, however:

    Event ID: 4104
Display driver amdkmdap stopped responding and has successfully recovered.

1.2 Vtt may be too much for some CPU's on these boards, so you may want to test with 1.08-1.14 and see if that helps as well.

    Hi.
About 1 month ago I bought some new components for my desktop PC.
    I got 1 GIGABYTE GA-P67A-UD3, 4x4GB Corsair Vengeance in 1 kit CMZ16GX3M4A1600C9B and an Intel i5-2500.

I'm having problems of stability with my system under Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit.

I had 1 BSOD (memory_management) and several corrupted files downloaded from http, ftp etc.

I scanned my memory with memtest 4 for Windows with the result that I had a lot of errors.
Then I tryied at the boot with memtest86 4.00 and memtest86+ 4.20 with no errors.

I sent memory in RMA to the shop who sell the kit to me. I got a new kit, but the problem remains.

    I tryied everything :

    - BIOS update from F2 to F4
    - XMP @default (1333MHz) and Profile1 (1600Mhz)
    - VTT from 1,05V to 1,10, then and other steps
    - DDR Voltage from 1.5V till 1.65V
    - Disable USB Legacy (as suggested in other forums)

I don't really know how to fix it.

I used this thread because you're talking about the same motherboard and a corsair ram. I hope it's good for you... and forgive me for my bad english.

Can you please help me? :(

My system has been running reliably for over 2 months. I suspect that the initial problems I had were caused by Win7 because they did not reoccur after installing Windows updates.

Does your power supply have sufficient wattage?

Did you flash to the latest BIOS and also then flash the backup BIOS to match? That helps a lot with stability in many instances.

Here's how to flash the backup
GIGABYTE Tech Daily: Video guide how to update your backup bios on GIGABYTE P67 boards

And the latest BIOS is here (For B2 board, not B3)
