Default X58A-UD3R USB 3.0 ports may not support all USB keyboards

    Although the manual says:

"USB 3.0/2.0 Port The USB 3.0 port supports the USB 3.0 specification and is compatible to the USB 2.0/1.1 specification. Use this port for USB devices such as a USB keyboard/mouse, USB printer, USB flash drive and etc.",

my Logitech illuminated USB keyboard does not work with BIOS setup if plugged into either of the USB3 ports. The keyboard still works with Windows 7 and Fedora, just not at boot time with BIOS functions (DEL, F12, etc.). This is just an FYI in case you have this problem.

Did you double check and verify that usb keyboard and usb 3.0 are enabled in bios? I have my Logitech g15 keyboard plugged into a kvm switch plugged into usb3 and it works just find in bios.

Also make sure you are using the latest bios available for you motherboard.

I have the Logitech Illuminated Keyboard as well and I've always had issues with it outside of Windows, even on regular 2.0 ports. Sometimes it doesn't "power up" in time and I miss the chance to enter BIOS. It also is finicky when resuming Windows from sleep. Very annoying. Such a nice keyboard, otherwise, too.

I use G11 Logitech without any issues

Be sure you are using the latest BIOS (Beta would be best) for your board, and that you have Legacy USB Storage enabled
