Have you ran any stability test on it?
    Watch core temps under load.

I've ran OCCT. Temperatures of the cores were around 70-75 C. But in 5 minutes OCCT stops with the warning "CPU is too hot!".
I've ran also prime95 for a few minutes... temperatures around 80-85... but then i've stopped, cause I don't want to burn my CPU... :) Maybe I should stress it for an hour?

It is too hot, either get an aftermarket cooler or settle for lower clock.
What are prime temps for stock settings?

Temps without OC (I've monitored temps with AIDA64):

    Idle temps:
    Motherboard 38 C (100 F)
    CPU 25 C (77 F)
    CPU #1 / Core #1 55 C (131 F)
    CPU #1 / Core #2 55 C (131 F)
    CPU #1 / Core #3 55 C (131 F)
    CPU #1 / Core #4 55 C (131 F)

Running Prime95 for about 5 minutes:
    Motherboard 39 C (102 F)
    CPU 49 C (120 F)
    CPU #1 / Core #1 77 C (171 F)
    CPU #1 / Core #2 73 C (163 F)
    CPU #1 / Core #3 74 C (165 F)
    CPU #1 / Core #4 77 C (171 F)

Stock temps are ok, OC are high. It is up to you joe high is acceptable of course. Persinaly I'd rather Prime95 temps under 70, not more than 72.

OK. I will OC just a little. :)
What about voltages? Should I set them all to auto? I have a feeling that it doesn't matter what I use for CPU Vcore and DRAM voltage in my case... or am I wrong? Now I have CPU 1.25V, MCH Core 1,2V and DRAM to 2.0V.

What aftermarket cooler do you suggest?
Would this do OK? Hladilnik Arctic Cooling Freezer Xtreme Rev.2 (CPAR-027) - mimovrste=)

Not the best cooler out there.
    Best CPU Cooler Performance Q2-2010
Prolimatech Megahalems and 12 Other Coolers for Intel Core i7 Overclocking.
I have just ordered the Zalman CNPSX10 Performa for a UD3L board in mid-tower case, will post pics when it arrives.
Pictures of Scyth Mugen 2 on UD3L board in mid-tower case here. It's big and not too easy to install, but rev 2 has a new retention kit which should be easier to install.

So, why my RAM doesn't show Memory Frequency 1066Mhz? CPU-Z also shows that RAM is PC2-6400 (400Mhz), not PC2-8500, as it should be!?
I have changed Standard Timing Control to 5,5,5,15 (BIOS default shows 5,5,5,18). I have tried to set DRAM Voltage to 2.2V (cause i know this RAM is rated for 2.2V), but strange thing happened... my CPU FAN Speed goes to fully up (around 2500 RPM (normally on idle is around 1400 RPM). I don't get it what has DRAM Voltage to do with CPU FAN Speed!? And CPU temperature does not increase. If I set to 2.1V then it's OK.

Any ideas with settings in BIOS or why my CPU FAN Speed goes nuts?

    Thanks.
I am currently still using this board but Bioa at F9e. May I know where can I download F9h?
