Voltages look fine, and i guess temp is OK.
Do not forget that the pelfier only "dissipate" heat from one side to the other, you still need to get rid of this heat somehow, and it add some heat of it's own.
I woudnlt worry about it though, temps are not going to get near the temps of IBT with normal use, maybe close to Prime95 temps, depends on the load.

No haven't looked in that site, is that software for converting analog audio to digital?
Imagine you get all this power and even more just out the box with the components I have listed before and a lot more if you OC it. i5-2500K is 3.3GHz with turbo-boost up to 3.7GHz, and when software will begin implementing AVX perforance may boost up to twice of they are today.
But wouldn't run to buy it wither. Wait for AMD bulldozer and see who win and who is cheaper.

If you want to OC any higher you will have ti sacrifice at least memory latency for CPU clock, so it's up to you to decide.

    Chike,
I have been seeing a problem with the computer in that it freezes. It will be running along and the screen, and everything else, keyboard ,mouse and display just stop and all I can do is reset it. Any ideas? This last time I was about 10 minutes into Prime "Heat."

No BSODs? What is MCH Core? Better post full settings.

Try 1-2 clicks up MCH Core 1.18-1.20, then if still freeze try 0.74, 0.72 MCH Reference.
What Prime95 test are you running, and FFT size fail?

    Chike,
Kicked it up one click to 1.180 and so far so good. Running Large FFT. I will try IBT in a bit. It has ben running Prime for almost 1/2 an hour.
What does "stepping" mean and what are the differences between C0 & C1?
