    Hmm, I'm not sure honestly. Testing copying a 250 MB file over to it a bunch of time in random ports. Just about always finished up around 50 seconds, which is around 5 MB/sec, which appears to be the max the drive does. Even though I know 2.0 can go up to like 60 MB/sec, 1.1 maxes out around 1.5 MB/sec, so they all have to be 2.0 ports.

    I think I'm just going to leave well enough alone, get a smaller extension and deal with it until I'm ready to upgrade to a new system with USB3.0 ports.

    1.1 speed, before overhead, is actually 12Mbps. ^^;

    1.0 speed, before overhead, is 1.5Mbps.

    Alright, still pretty sure they're 2.0 ports. Have a external Seagate Freeagent Go HD that I know is USB 2.0. Hooked it up to a few random ports and ran Crystal Disk Mark and getting Read speeds in the 34-35 MB/s range and write in the 27-28 MB/s range.

    I just tried the thumb drive that was at hand. It took about 3 minutes to copy a 700mb file onto the thumb drive. Ugh! But then, it took less than 6 seconds to copy that file back onto my hdd. ^^;

    Anyway, your ports are definitely 2.0. :)

    But I'm sorry I don't know why the 10ft+6ft does not work... :/

    I meant check in Device Managaer if they show under Enhanced or Universal.
    Since you are now sure they 2.0 Full-Speed devices if they show under Enhanced you will nknw for sure the camera is not and if they don't there is a hope it is.
