Default Spread Spectrum on GA-P55-USB3 rev 2.0

I have discovered the Ctrl-F1 key in the Bios and i have found the spread spectrum option, in my case it is enabled. I have Oc'ed an i5 750 to 160 BCLK and that would explain the Bus Speed fluctuating when x24 mode to 159.5 - 159.9 never 160. Should i disable this feature?
I know that in order the boards to pass the regulations they must have it enabled in order to lower EMI and the thing is i often talk in my cellphone over the PC and have a TV 40" like half a meter away from the PC, below that i have a home cinema and so on. Should i keep it enabled or it is just a feature safely disabled?

I always disable it, but it's up to you.

I've never seen anyone have issues with it disabled.
