    Default On/off Charge... disabling it

Hey all I've got a quick question,

I've got a gigabyte ga-x58-usb3 motherboard and this feature is annoying me

Is there any way to disable bloody on/off charge, or the feature that means that when my pc shuts down there's still power going to my usb headset and my mouse

Its quite annoying because I end up having to turn off the power switch at the back of the PSU because the mouse glows and an LED in the headset is on.

I've not go my usb front pannel connection plugged into the on/off slot, and the mouse is plugged directly into the back of the motherboard but yet if the pc has been shut down and i happen to move the mouse or click it by accident it lights up.

    Any way to stop this?

I dont believe you can shut the on/off off in bios.... I would suggest plugging your mouse into one of 6 USB 2.0 port instead of the 3.0 port.

Like he said, only the USB3.0 ports have the on/off charge feature... all the other USB 2.0 ports do not. so the items that are bugging you swap them out between the 3.0 and 2.0 ports.
