    Default updating bios p67a-ud7

I'm trying to update the bios for my mobo. I managed to use q-flash to update from F3 to F4. But if I try to update to any other version, I get an error; invalid bios image!!

    any ideas what's wrong?

Yes, you need to flash with the latest @BIOS or the FLASHSPI.EXE that come with the BIOS.
After flashing it you'd be able to do further fupdates with Q-Flash.

I can't use @Bios as it crashes after reading the bios image file. I tried using flashspi but it's showing that it's not compatible with x64

Try this version of @bios.... Flshspi is a DOS based flashing utility have to boot from cd or floppy to use it.

thanks, that worked :) it was exactly the same version that I had. Looks like reinstalling it fixed the problem :)
