    Default DVID help

I have a p67-ud3 board with a 2600k cpu. I am getting a big vdroop and have read elsewhere that to get around this, DVID should be used. How exactly do I use this feature. I know that I have to set the vcore to normal but how then what DVID do I use to reach my desired vcore?

If your getting vdroop its llc (loadline calibration) you need to enable? Vdroop is fine aslong as you remain stable,

To answer your question,to work out how much to set dvid to you need to find out what cpu voltage you need to remain 100% stable, then set cpu voltage to normal and see what the bios sets cpu voltage to and use a calculator to subtract the normal voltage amount from your 100% stable voltage, that will leave you with the amount to set in dvid

Okay thanks for your help. Since llc barely works on the ud3 (I needed 1.39 to get 1.30 under load with llc enabled) I found the dvid as a workaround and now I have my overclock so thanks.
