I agree, that does look ok!

But go ahead and upload the other images you planned to just so we can have another look at a few angles.

I had this exact same problem, but it was with a brand new build (i built it myself).
I am actualy picking up my computer today (resorted to taking it to the techies).
Funny thing is it was also a UD3R Rev 2. Wanna know what the problem was?
BENT FREAKIN' CPU PINS.
So i've had my setup which i built myself for two weeks now, and havent been able to use.
and
and others helped me a great deal.

I had tried everything myself, and was asked for hi-res photos of the cpu pins which i couldnt provide because my cameras shot. So if anything check to see if the cpu pins are bent... When i pick mine up today im going to fill out an RMA and sent my mobo to gigabyte.

P.S If you do end up sending it back check to see if the place you bought it from is liable to send it back to gigabyte for repairs.

So, VonRock, what happened to you posting more images?

Sola2K, sorry to hear about your board, but glad to hear you found the issue instead of weeks more troubleshooting trying to narrow it down.
