    GFlops scale quite nice but less as you OC higher, at 13.36% CPU OC I get 13.5% increase, and at 34.74% OC I get 32.77% increase, that is 98%-94% of CPU OC. Those are maximum results (both baseline and OC).
    so they are a bit low compared to results at 3.6GHz, which also seem a bit low if I compare to Gerardz results at 3.5GHz.

    Best make a baseline at stock settings, memory at max rated DDR and Performance Enhance Turbo.
    Oh, and to make result cmparable please run LinX with 3072MG memory

    Amazing, taking your score and scaling it to my CPU (32.4865 / 2 x 2930 / 2400) results in 19.8303, my recorded basline is 19.8315 (with 1536MB, same MB/core).
    Lets see if we can keep the score even at OC :-)

    Optimized with minimal changes. How did you come up with the baseline? I see the highest GFlops score and what I'm assuming is how many Ghz the chip is but what about the others? I'm ready to hit it hard and do some learning with this bios. I guess my goal is rock hard stability. I have been looking at upgrading the ram but am undecided at this point whether it's worth getting some 1066mhz ram or just adjusting the strap/divider. What do you think? In case you didn't notice my last screenie , auto is setting my ram divider to 2:3. Where shall we start at? I have P95 , LinX , MemTest , and I'm sure I can find a few other stability tests if need be.

    I work 9-11 hours a day so expect this to be a slow process. ;) Thanks for your time.

    My baseline with optimized defaults loaded, no changes in BIOS. Benchmark done in Win7 disagnostic mode(msconfig).

    Try 3.GHz with stock vcore (normal) and LLC enabled. Then up to 3.2GHz, and then 100MHz increments while stable and temps in check.

    Where there are ranges, begin with the lower value.
    Run one pass memtest86+ first then windows.
    Max GFlops expected with 3072MB is 40.57, is significantly less than perhaps more vcore is needed. 5-10 runs are enough.
    Run Prime95 smal FFT for two hours, then blend for 8+ hours. If small fail it might be vcore most likely.
    If blend fail it's important to know which FFT cause failure (or BSOD/freez). Large FFT means most likely more VTT or references tweak is needed.
    I am normaly able to reproduce failure with the FFT that cause it quickly without having to wait for hours again.
