Here's resulys for 345 and 356. This is with the static tread still at 8. GFlops are a slightly lower than what you predicted but are close.I'm assuming maybe a vcore bump will be needed soon. P95 small FFTs was ran for 2 hours between each jump , also with no errors. Also with a 2.40b multiplier.

    9x345 LinX

    41.4830
    41.6616
    41.2893
    41.6544
    41.3013
    61*-63*C

    P95 = 54*C

    9x356 LinX

    43.0612
    43.0085
    43.0040
    42.7915
    43.1619
    65*C

    P95 = 56*C

Try 11MHz increments for ~100MHz CPU frequency, 3.3, 3.4 etc.
Only add vcore nothing els, if ou need more than 1.33 for 3.5GHz or lower, try to adjust the references, begging with MCH reference, less that 0.76 first, 0.74, 0.72, 0.70 and 0.68, if it gets worse try 0.8, 0.84, and 0.88.
As for the CPU reference, I don't know the steps, but try 1-3 clicks above the default 0.76v and then 1-4 less if this don't help.
All this with VTT(CPU Termination) at 1.2v.
You may repeat this process with higher VTT but always change references with VTT at 1.2v.

Another thing you may try is clock skews, Try 0-250 for the CPU clock, and if it gets worse, try 0-250 for the MCH clock with CPU Clock skew 0. I am not absolutely positive about this, but to me it seems logical that only one of them should be changed.

To find errors that result from bad VTT/references, or MCH Core, Prine95 is essential. If it fail, settings the FFT size that caused the failure as min/max FFT may reproduce it quickly and make it easy to tell if changes did improve or not.

    New results.

    9x367 @ 1.25v Yielded these results -

    GFlops: 44.2695 : 44.0829 : 44.1082 : 44.4153 : 44.1070 @ 67*C

    P95 sm. FFT @ 2hrs 57*c and 7hrs of blend 57*C

Here's where things went awry -

9x378 @1.25v - got into windows and started LinX immediately got this BSOD:

    Problem signature:
    Problem Event Name: BlueScreen
    OS Version: 6.1.7601.2.1.0.256.1
    Locale ID: 1033

    Additional information about the problem:
    BCCode: 7f
    BCP1: 0000000000000009
    BCP2: 0000000080050031
    BCP3: 00000000000006F8
    BCP4: 000000000044616B
    OS Version: 6_1_7601
    Service Pack: 1_0
    Product: 256_1

Upped the vcore 1 notch and LinX would error out within first test. It took 1.275v before it would run and then the GFlops averaged 35. I upped the vcore to 1.2875v and GFlops averaged 37. At the same time , my temps dropped to 63*c on all cores. I stopped as I'm not sure what to make of this at this point. All testing has been done in diagnostic mode.

    GFlops for 367 look good.

With my current OC I have found that it is easier to find the right settings when the system is very unstable. Lets try this method with your system.

Make a bootable flash-drive with memtest86+ if you don't have one yet. No need to change disk boot order to boot from flash drive, just press F12 at post then select + Hard Disk, and then the USB as boot drive.
Test #5 is most likely to catch errors quick. To run test #5 only, after memtest86+ start testing, press c 1. 3. 5. enter, and 0.

I am assumig that aside from core all settings are as posted at post #45.

Set vcore back down to 1.25-1.27v.
Try MCH Reference 1-4 steps below 0.76v, if no go 1-3 steps above, testing each time with memtest86+. After finding stable or more stable settings with MCH reference, try the same with CPU reference.
If after tuning MCH and CPU references memset still give errors, try to adjust CPU or MCH clock skew, 0-250ps. First try CPU clock skew with MCH clock skew on 0, and if this don't help or make things worse try adjusting MCH clock skew with CPU clock skew 0.
More vcore will still be needed but only increase it after you complete tuning the other settings, or if you cannot get them to work.
After the above settings are at most possible values, if system is still not stable try to increase VTT.
Please post full settings next post.

Thanks again for helping. Looks like I have some work ahead. I already set vcore back to 1.25v and the "fsb" back to 367. I'm guessing the bsod code lead you believe a ram error at this point is the problem?

Not the BSOD code actually but the fact vcore did not help much but it may be vcore after all.

Shutting down for the night. My "net" connection has been up and down all evening. So, what's the diff between running MemTest by flashdrive and booting to cd? I ran test #5 for 5 passes and had no issues - from cd.

All of my settings are the same as stated in post #45 except I'm at 367 and ram timings are 5-5-5-15.

    CD or flash-drive dowsn't matter.
But I meant to test at 378x9 where the system is known to be unstable. f it pass memtest86+, try more vcore, up to 1.3v.
