Question UD3R Rev. 2: RAM question.

    Hey guy's.
I know that the ud3r only supports 3 channels of ddr3, which i currently have, but i'm also curious is it safe for me to add ddr2 to fill the other three slots, or would i have voltage issues because i'm already running a higher latency ram?

I know this is a silly question and the answer is obvious, but since i'm not sure i'd rather not risk ruining my mobo (again).

Also if the answer is yes, what is a good brand/best kind of ddr2?

    Cheers

    [EDIT]
*6 x 1.5V DDR3 DIMM sockets supporting up to 24 GB of system memory*.....this is stated on the hardware specs, but my current ram is [see my signature] and it's voltage is 1.65v

I think it only supports ddr3 not ddr2,you want another set of tri channel ddr3 1.5 or 1.65v,

    Yes, DDR3 only

And it's best to only have as much ram as you need, more can cause you issues you don't want trying to get stable - so may not be worth it unless you actually need more memory.
