Hi Drumsix , I went into the MBIT part of the bios for voltages and upped the Grapichs voltage (graphics core) - first set it from auto to normal (this wil show you what the voltage is) then I upped it by the next increment and it has been rock solid since

    Hope this helps

    Thanks guys !!!!

This was the trick for me.

When Intel implements the dxva2 driver compatability, this is really a need htpc.

Perhaps in next version of Bios for this board Gigabyte can change the default GPU voltage just up to the next voltage increment so others dont have same issue and think the board is faulty ??

    I agree on that Jim.
I assume more users have this problem.

Wonder who came up with such a solution for this error.
First I thought it was the memory, almost ordered another pair of ddr3.
Pretty need thinking, if you ask me.

It's just down to each cpu, some need more voltage than others and auto doesn't always get it right, its same thing for cpu/dram and qpi voltage

Maybe just a note on the bios or faq pages for this may suffice then , because without Lsdmeasap's advice I would have RMA'd the board :(
