    Nice testing Chike
I would have thought that your second test, with 2 x 1GB in memory channel A (slots 1 and 3) and 2GB in memory channel B (slot 2) would have offered the best overall performance. It looks like Intel knows what it's doing.
I just hate it when I get confused by the facts.

FWIW, I tested with two identical memory modules in slots 1 and 2 several years ago to see how much the memory performance would be hurt. My benchmarks at that time showed that memory benchmark scores were 10% lower than the standard setup using slots 1 and 3.

I put 1GB +1 GB module in the red slots to work in dual channel and one module of 2GB in the yellow slot to attain work in 64 bit mode

    1) What do you suggest me to upgrade memory, considering that I have a memory that I have
    2) when you take out a 2GB module and we just stay in the red slots 2x1GB, sisoftsandra and cpuz read my memory as 667mhz (PC2-5300 )....
3.)would not it be that by default at 800MHz

    thnx buddy ....
    1GB in slots 2 & 4, 2GB in slot 1:

When you type in google KHX6400D2LL/1G Google throws to work at 800MHz, it is possible that the CPU-Z says he is working on KHX6400D2LL/1G 667 (PC2-5300).
I'm not sure I can adjust the memory voltage in order to KHX6400D2LL/1G forced to operate at 800 MHz. Maybe they sold me some **** from memory than 2GB of that work fine at 800MHz. Sorry about the profanity ....

I need to buy a 2GB at least, what is your advice? To take another 2GB so that we all modules work in dual channel, or to simply buy a 4GB at 800MHz (PC2-6400)?

These are PC2-5300 modules that can be verclocked to DDR-800. Just like the other module is programed to 5-5-5-18 and still needs more voltage for low latency.

Does post screen says Memory eunes at Dual Channel or Flex mode?

The post screen says: Memory Runs at Flex Memory Mode....
    ====
I read your post and I returned memory as you described (1GB in slots 1 & 3, 2GB in slot 2), and it works fine(The post screen says: Memory Runs at Flex Memory Mode), but not at 800 MHz in the bios. I do not know exactly what to change in bios ...
If you have any suggestions what to change I would be immensely grateful to you and to all who help me ... Thanks again ...

Now I'm going to put pictures to look my bios if you do not mind

Well you want it in Dual Channel not Flex mode. Flex means part of the ram is running dual channel and part is not, or that it is not symetric. 1GB in slots 1 & 2, and the 2GB in slot 3.
Don't take BIOS pictures we use templates. Fill the one in this post with your settings.
To run the memory at 800 make the following changes in BIOS.
    Code:
    DRAM Performance Control
    Performance Enhance ------------------- : [Standard]
    (G)MCH Frequency Latch ---------------- : [Auto]
    System Memory Multiplier -------------- : [3.00A]
    Memory Frequency (Mhz) ---------------- : 800
DRAM Timing Selectable ---------------- : [Manual]

    Standard Timing Control
    CAS Latency Time ------------------ : [ 5/4]
    tRCD ------------------------------ : [ 5/4]
    tRP ------------------------------- : [ 5/4]
    tRAS ----------------------------- : [15/12]

    MCH/ICH
    MCH Core ---------------- 1.100V ------- : [1.16-1.24]

    DRAM
    DRAM Voltage ------------ 1.800V ------- : [1.96-2.00]
Begin with timing 5-5-5-15 and then try 4-4-4-12.
Please post a screen capure of MemSet main window after you are done.

I know I'm boring, what to do first:
    1) Shut down the computer resets the memory module to: 1GB in slots 1 & 2, and 2GB in the slot 3
    2) implement the settings that you forwarded to me.
    3. I send you pictures

    or simply,

    1) I am currently configured memory on the following: 1GB in slots 1 & 3, and 2GB in the slot 2
    thnx...

Those settings may work for both configurations, you can try the way they are now and then switch.
I had a bit better performance with 1GB in 1 & 2 because I could set lower tRD(Static tRead Value in BIOS, Performance Level in MemSet), lets see which is better for your setup.

To make a screen capture os MemSet just run the program then press Alt+PrintScreen to capture it's window only, then paste in your software.

You just need to set 3.00A for "System Memory Multiplier )SPD)" and reboot, then it will say 800 under the memory speed.
